1. Wash your face in the morning and at night
2. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day
3. Use face masks/exfoliators once a week on a set day
4. Change your diet. Eat healthier, eat less sugar and grains (No fast food)
5. Be nice, be positive. Being happier helps your self esteem
6. Shave once a week, more or less as needed
7. Perfume and cologne (not too much!!)
8. Get sleep! 6-8 hours a night
9. Deep condition your hair once a week and get it trimmed
10. Workout!
11. Keep your space clean and tidy
12. Do your brows, wear that eyeshadow! Whatever makes you confident
13. Moisturize your skin! (Arms, legs, etc.)
14. Keep good hygiene!! (Shower every other day, wear deodorant, fresh breath, etc.)
15. Paint your nails
16. Drink green tea! Might not taste good, but it's good for you
17. Meditate to help stress! (Keeps you from being cranky)
18. Exfoliate legs, feet, arms and lips to keep soft and smooth
19. Stay out of drama (Especially in junior high and high school)
20. Don't sit on your phone all day! Do activities that don't involve technology
